Would love to stay again when in the area!

I’m pretty sure the bed had the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. The room had an eclectic, industrial decor, with concrete floors, all of which i liked. More than ample towels. Heat worked well on a very cold night. It’s on a pretty piece of property, and even though it’s on a busy street, the rooms are insulated from the road. The rooms are arranged in a horseshoe shape so it feels less like a motel and more like a little village. My only suggestion would be a soft cozy rug in the bathroom, where your feet could use a buffer from the concrete floor. Easy enough to fix. I really enjoyed the place!

Positive: We have stayed here before and enjoyed the simplicity of checking in. We appreciate the dog friendly rooms. The location is perfect and had a wonderful meal at Hillsdale House up the road.

This is an old style -park in front of your door- country Motel with a clean room, comfortable bed and beautiful surroundings. We loved it and enjoyed our visit to the Berkshires

This place was perfect. Quick and easy check in and was exactly as described. The motel itself is super cute and the rooms are very clean. Would definitely recommend if in the area and need a place to stay.

Great spot, even better people!

Clean, very quiet. The only thing is the wall heater made some noise throughout the night that was loud/annoying at times if you are a light sleeper. The room is clean, and has everything you need. No stopper for the bathtub so you cannot take a bath.

The Brooks was great for my husband and I. The hosts were very quick with their responses. They helped us with everything. The location was also great. The photos looked exactly like the room. We would definitely consider this location.

Great place with comfortable bed! Was lucky the leaves were changing for autumn! Everything you need provided. WiFi might not be as stable as I hoped but in a pinch, hot spot the cell phone worked. Close to Great Barrington and free WiFi for the town with amazing food and coffee spots so no big deal for me. Absolutely added to my go to places.

Very basic and small room and bathroom, but clean and uncluttered, does everything you want it for an overnight. The grassy area behind the house is great for the dogs!

Minimalist, clean, and scenic location in the heart of the Hudson Valley. Comfortable bed for an overnight stay. The Hils Holiday house provides historic charm!
