Fantastic host!

The Brooks Motel worked perfectly for what we needed it for! Cute little restored motel that was very cozy!!

Needed a nice clean place to stay for one night. This was perfect. Nice accommodation, easy access comfortable apartment.

It was clean and cool and functional. There was an odd smell in the room that was a bit plastic-y. Maybe paint? Otherwise great. The floor is cement which might surprise some people.

My stay was for a quiet night away with my pup and boy did the Brooks Motel deliver. The suite was spacious enough to not feel cramped but small enough to feel cozy and warm. All amenities were as described, self check in was super easy and the owners were very friendly and communicative. I will return and would recommend.

We were just passing through but loved that it was affordable, just what we needed, close to town and restaurants without being too noisy. They were very helpful with parking since we had a trailer. The best part is, not only did they accept dogs, but no extra charge. That in itself is almost unheard of! If we ever come through again, there’s no doubt we would stay here!!

Great place, private and clean?

The Brooks was a great place to stay! It is a convenient location, beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds and the restaurants in the area were fantastic. I loved that after booking, they sent a list of suggested restaurants/ things to do! That was so helpful. I will definitely be staying here again!

Great little spot with plenty of style breathed into a classic little motor lodge. Room was small but perfectly suited for my needs. Amazingly convenient to Catamount & great barrington

Good barebones stay for the price. Convenient to checkin and comfy bed, TV were the highlights. Just bring socks because the floor is concrete and gets quite cold, although they do provide some disposable slippers that help.

Great spot to stay for a night or two while upstate. We booked last minute and everything went smoothly. Loved that it was pet friendly too!

This little historical motel so nicely renovated is exactly what I was hopping for. Very tasteful, fun, calm, welcoming and charming. What an awesome place! I would definitely come back. And price wise, really worth it.
