Positive: Nice and quiet location. Nice upgrade from how it used to be. It is clean and comfortable. Small room but how much time you stay in room. Negative: Need better lighting to see driveway to turn in

Had a great stay, centrally located near the Berkshires and Hudson. House is well decorated and our group of 8 had plenty of space to spread out. We were able to make a nice dinner together, found the house to so much plates/glassware and lots of seating for all our guests. Reccomend to all!

We loved the hotel – the kitchen was missing a few things like dish soap, towels- to wash the dishes but I’m sure they are still working thru some kinks The bed was so comfy!! Loved that we could bring our pups!

It was the perfect spot for my pup and I for the night! Clean and cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable. Location was perfect for hiking/skiing. Will definitely be back!

Just like the pictures! Very clean and super comfortable. No complaints. Well worth the price we paid. The host was very responsive when a small issue arose even though it was late at night. I saw a review saying there was no heat or a/c. That’s incorrect. It has both and they work very well. Also, regarding a review mentioning thin walls, I was able to hear the conversation from another room. However, it was only briefly and did not bother us in the slightest. Even the shower was quite and I could hardly hear it when my husband was in it. It was a very quiet place even though it was NYE. Very peaceful location. I 100% recommend. We’d definitely stay again.

Super cute house! Decorated nicely and was nice to drink coffee by the fireplace in the morning. Host was super friendly and communicated well. Will come back to this house when in the area again!

Perfect for a day trip to catamount mountain, 2 minute drive from the mountain, clean bed and bath, warm room, responsive host.

Andrew was a wonderful host! Very communicative and responsive to all of our needs. The area is lovely, and the home is really worth the money. It’s a perfect place to stay and just a 3 min drive to Catamount with great dining options in the area as well. We’d love to come again!

We had a fantastic 2 nights in the Exceptional Suite @ The Brooks! We were stoked that they allowed our dog to come along for a small reasonable fee, plenty of space to walk him along the creek. The bed and pillows, arguably the most important part, were well invested into and felt like a dream. We were missing a few things but, those things you can look past when you support a vision like this! I plan to return and can’t wait to see how it evolves!

It was a perfect stay for us in this accommodation. The host was super nice! The place was perfectly clean. The super original decor. Comfortable beds! Large outdoor space to safely run dogs or take a walk near the river. Close to all services. I recommend without hesitation!

Had a great stay at the Brooks motel. The location is a quick drive to Catamount and the room itself is very comfortable and sound-proof.

Enjoyed our stay for the night, cozy place meant for two! Had a little trouble with the wifi going in and out on the tv and the shower was a little hard to work, overall a good stay if going on a ski trip!

We stayed at Andrew’s place for one night. It was clean, comfortable bed. Room is a little small but was ok for a night. We love the fact that we could bring our puppy. If you’re looking for a place to crash for a night or two this is a great place for that. Quiet and beautiful property.

This place has everything you need if you want to be close to Catamount to ski. They took a simple space and made it really cool– the most comfortable mattress ever. Basic but everything you need. Modern and clean.

Will come back again.

Cute little town, very friendly people, was there on a hunting trip and it was perfect quaint space to come back to at night, beds were super comfortable, clean, wish i knew where the linens were from because i want them
