Great place with comfortable bed! Was lucky the leaves were changing for autumn! Everything you need provided. WiFi might not be as stable as I hoped but in a pinch, hot spot the cell phone worked. Close to Great Barrington and free WiFi for the town with amazing food and coffee spots so no big deal for me. Absolutely added to my go to places.

The Brooks Motel looked exactly like the listing. The location was very peaceful and relaxing. Wish had better outside lighting, We walked up the porch and didn’t realize we stepped mud and got a little on the carpet. We would definitely return

Positive:
The motel was very charming and located in a gorgeous setting. We got the Queen suite on the side of the main house and it had a lovely porch where we saw a serenade of fireflies. Well equipped kitchen, SUPER comfortable bed, full sized toiletries. Good renovation of a cute property.
Negative:
Weirdly there was no mirror at all in the suite. And there is no person on site for issues, though the management company was responsive via text and phone call.
