Great spot in Hillsdale. The concrete floor was clean but due to humidity it was an unpleasant feeling in my bare feet. Bring your slippers. And extra towels. The helpfulness of the text messages was very quick and informative. I had misplaced an expensive electronic device and they were extremely helpful!

Modern Bates Motel that’s overpriced. Sells itself on being close to Cat. Also 15 to GB, MA where there are dope dispensaries to stock up on all your pre-ski needs. No hot water when it was 18 degrees was a real fun start to the morning. Full disclosure, knowing we were spending the day at Catamount we skipped showers, as there would be way dirtier humans surrounding us. And we were right. The uncharacteristically good conditions on the mountain made up for the wack motel.

We had a lovely stay at the Brooks motel! The hosts were friendly and responsive. There was a lot of space for our dog to run around as well. The location is great - lots of food options nearby and a gas station down the street for late night snacks. We’ll definitely be back!

We have stayed here before and enjoyed the simplicity of checking in. We appreciate the dog friendly rooms. The location is perfect and had a wonderful meal at Hillsdale House up the road.

This is an old style -park in front of your door- country Motel with a clean room, comfortable bed and beautiful surroundings. We loved it and enjoyed our visit to the Berkshires

Needed a last minute stay ~ The Brook's was a great option with flexible and self assisted check in. The place was very clean and super easy to find. It had all the amenities we needed ~ great place to stay in the area!

Listing was as advertised, straightforward rooms with easy self check-in.
Not sure of the property’s history, but it appears to have gotten a bit of the “landlord special,” which isn’t as visible in the photos. Still a fine place to stay at a good price point.

This place has everything you need if you want to be close to Catamount to ski. They took a simple space and made it really cool-- the most comfortable mattress ever. Basic but everything you need. Modern and clean.

Room as described. Soft linens and great pillows. Was disappointed pet fee wasn’t fully disclosed before booking or I may have stayed elsewhere so I’d know the total cost of stay. Hopefully that’s made transparent.
Customer service # posted by room was wrong number, but once they connected me to correct folks I was able to get into room no problem.
Seems like kinks are being worked out as it’s new property, but perfect for a one night stop if visiting Great Barrington/Hudson areas.

Very sweet and immaculate little room.. short drive from Great Barrington with lots to do! Andrew was so communicative and lovely. Would definitely stay here again.. thank you so much!
